The qmr story
Since 2013, QMR and its predecessor companies have acquired deep value real estate assets throughout Kansas city, Chicago, and Minneapolis. We focus on middle market multifamily assets, with a preference for value-add renovation projects. We have built a portfolio of nearly 1,000 multifamily and commercial units.
