Our Mission and Vision

QMR Partners is a real estate investment firm. QMR owns over 500 multifamily units across the Kansas City and Chicago greater metro area. QMR acquires real estate assets; old apartments, condos, industrial sites, etc. QMR renovates those assets into luxury apartments. QMR strives to increase the quality of living in their apartments, all while managing affordable rents for their working class tenants.

Mission statements – Our goal is to expand our portfolio all throughout the Mid West. Adding rentable units to a multitude of cities, usually overlooked by most real estate investment firms. We aspire to Improve the standards of living spaces to renters. All while pricing rents in a financially healthy range relative to the local population.
