Since 2013, we acquire multifamily assets throughout Kansas City and Chicago. We are on the front line of renovating older assets ranging from older residences, to industrial sites, and upgrade them into luxury apartments. We increase the quality of living in our apartments all while managing affordable rents for our working class tenants.

Our goal is to expand our portfolio all throughout the Mid West. We will add rentable units to a multitude of cities, usually overlooked by most real estate investment firms. We aspire to Improve the standards of living spaces to renters. All while maintaining financially healthy rents relative to the local population.

  • Manages Portfolio valued over 100 million dollars.

  • Work with the charity organizations such as the “Academy group.” and “Amplify.”

  • We are starting a summer internship program.

  • As a side project we purchased a ranch in Granby Colorado that we rent out for glamping.
